Developer / Programmer
(formerly known as Kurplunk, lightswitchfan, Terminal A, coin)
I've spent six years coding and over five with Unity. I dig deep into problems until I understand how things actually work. When I'm not programming, I'm experimenting with tech, exploring Nintendo systems, or playing games that captivate me.
About Me
My Background
I've been coding for about six years, with over five years of dedicated experience using Unity. My journey started with curiosity about how things work, and that curiosity continues to drive everything I do.
How I Work
When something breaks or behaves strangely, I keep digging into it until I understand the real reason. I don't make random guesses, if I guess, it's an educated guess based on what I already know and what I can observe. I prefer understanding what's actually happening, even if it takes longer.
This means paying attention to small details, engine quirks, tools, and strange errors until everything finally makes sense.
What I Do
Experimenting
I love exploring different technical things, setting up servers, working with SDKs, using build tools, and getting different pipelines to work together. It's all about understanding the systems behind things.
Problem Solving
Whether it's debugging strange behavior or implementing new features, I approach every challenge methodically. I pay attention to details and keep searching for real solutions.
Learning
Programming is all about discovering something new. That's why I enjoy it so much. There's always something fresh to learn, and that constant growth keeps me engaged and motivated.
Interests & Favorites
Favorite Nintendo Systems
- Wii U Top Pick
- Nintendo 3DS
- Nintendo Wii
I really like Nintendo consoles, especially the older systems. I enjoy learning how they work and exploring the technology and tools around them. The Switch feels like Nintendo lost some of the personality those older systems had.
Favorite Games
- Deltarune Overall Favorite
- Undertale
- Half-Life 2
- Ultrakill
- Thank Goodness You Are Here Hidden Gem
- Undertale Yellow
Deltarune is my favorite overall, and I highly recommend Thank Goodness You Are Here, it's a really underrated game that more people should try.
My Philosophy
"Programming is one of those things where there is always something new to discover. That's a big part of why I enjoy it so much. There is something satisfying about writing code, solving problems, and eventually seeing everything come together and actually work."
Most of the time I'm just experimenting, learning new things, and trying to understand technology a little better as I go. The satisfaction of turning an idea into working code drives my passion for programming and tech exploration.
